What is a Custom Report?
A Custom Report is a compilation of inspection and testing information from one or more individual inspection reports. A custom report summarizes device result information over a year, broken down by quarters.
Custom reports can also be configured to include the individual reports for the most recent quarter. Custom reports are used to address specific reporting needs within your organization and can be tailored for your business needs or for specific customers.
Some common uses for Custom Reports include:
- Reporting for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO),
- Reporting for the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program (HFAP)
- Creating a summary of annual findings for a client
What is the Custom Reports Feature?
The Custom Reports feature allows you to generate PDFs that will gather information from your individual inspection reports and then generate a single PDF file containing the data in a single report.
The following components can be added to a Custom Report:
- Sections
- Assets
- Deficiency Summary Section
- Completed Forms
- Executive Summary
- Table of Contents
- Section Headings on Tables
- Inspector Signatures with Sections
- Cover Page
Note: The Cover Page and Table of Contents are automatically generated for each Custom Report. No user input is required to create these components. You can select whether to include a Cover Page and Table of Contents if desired.
