A Custom Form is a form that has been created to address the specific needs of your customers and users. Custom Forms commonly contain new sections and fields that have been added to an existing form, such as:

  • Questions and answer selections for your inspectors to use in the field
  • New assets to be inspected at a location
  • Special instructions for inspectors
  • Auto-populating information, such as location name, address and date of inspection
  • Pump Curve data

In the past, Custom Forms have been created by Formlink upon request from our customers. With the release of the Custom Forms feature, you will have the option of creating and editing your own forms in Formlink.
