Checking Compliance Report Status

Once a report has been pushed to TCE, the stage that the report is in can be tracked from the History page. There are three statuses:

  • Processing: The process has started, but not completed or errored out.
  • Completed: The report has been sent to TCE. At this point, a copy of the report sent is available for download within FormLink.
  • Error: There is an issue preventing the report for being sent to TCE. Details of the error will appear to help aid with resolution.

To view the status of a TCE report:

  • Navigate to the History page (instructions for this can be found in Pushing to TCE)

  • If a report has been sent to TCE, there will be a "Compliance Submission" section at the bottom of the page. Within this section is a list of submissions that have been reported to TCE. The status of this report is available within parenthesis next to the name of the submission


  • Upon successful completion of the processing stage, a "Download Report" button will appear within the section for that report. Clicking it will download a copy of the TCE report for review

  • An email will also be sent to any email entered into the information section on the Configure screen. This section can have multiple emails separated by comma or semi-colon (ex: test123@test.com;test321@test.com).
