Enabling MFA
Accounts can choose to require MFA for all of their users. They can also choose to allow saving trusted devices where authentication is only required once. If MFA has not been enabled on a Account-wide basis, users can still opt to turn on MFA for their accounts (this is recommended).
To turn on MFA settings:
- Navigate to the Account Maintenance page by clicking the "Account Settings" button located on the bottom right of the Home Screen.
- Select the "Enable 2-Step Verification" checkbox. If this checkbox isn't present, that means MFA is required by the Account and enabled by default
- Click "Save Changes" to finalize and be returned to the Home Screen
