Deficiency Resolution

Deficiency Resolution within TCE now happens automatically in FormLink. If a report has been sent to TCE with a deficiency attached, TCE will be alerted once it has been resolved in FormLink. No additional steps or set up are required for a deficiency to get resolved. To resolve a deficiency:

• Navigate to the Location Summary page by following the steps in Linking Locations Between Systems
  
  
  
• Press the "Deficiencies" button located in the "Outstanding Deficiencies" section at the bottom of the page
  
  
  
• On the Deficiencies page, click the Edit button next the the desired deficiency
  
  
  
• At the bottom of the page, set the status to "Close Deficiency Resolved", select the date (if different than the current day), and press save. Once redirected to the deficiencies page, the deficiency has been resolved in both FormLink and TCE
