      Can I View History if I did not complete the Inspection?

      How to View Inspection History


      You can view the history for all inspections conducted at a specific Location regardless of whether the inspection was completed by you or another inspector.

      Complete the following steps to view inspection history.

      1. From the Location Summary page, select History.History Button on Inspector Location Summary Page 2. The location History page is displayed.

       3. The following selection options are available for reports on the History page.

      DeleteSelect Delete to permanently delete a report.
      Reopen ReportSelect Reopen Report to reopen the report for completion and submission.
      Update ReportSelect Update Report to update the report (re-submit?)
      Get ReportSelect Get Report to access a report.
      View PreviousSelect View Previous to view the previously submitted version of a report.

      FormLink User Tips

      The following browsing guidelines should be followed for optimum performance when using FormLink on your personal device.

      • FormLink should be accessed using recent versions of modern mainstream browsers. This includes Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (Chromium) and Safari on iOS.
      • Always access the FormLink login page using the URL that is available on FormLink's website, or a bookmark created from that URL. The bookmark may be needed to access FormLink in remote areas without internet access.
      • Always Disable Private or Incognito mode on your device.
      • Do not clear browser history or cache.
      • Devices should have automatic updates disabled. Updates can be applied after ensuring all locations and forms have been uploaded to the server.  In some cases, updates can clear the browser storage and cause a loss of data.
